Student Email and Microsoft Office

DCCCD Student Email

Use DCCCD Student Email (Microsoft Outlook) to communicate with other students, faculty, staff and anyone else who has an email address. It's free for students.

Once you're registered for classes you can login with your DCCCD username and password and start using DCCCD Student Email right away.

Office 365

Office 365 works like you: everywhere.

There's no install required.

With Office 365 you can take advantage of the same Office tools you're used to using, from anywhere with an internet connection and a web browser.

Simply login with your eConnect username and password to get started.

(If prompted, select "Sign in with a work or school account.")

Use Microsoft Office Offline

You can install up to five copies of Microsoft Office software on a home computer and up to five mobile Office copies. You will be able to use the programs for up to a year after you leave DCCCD. If you are no longer enrolled, we delete your account one year after you leave.

  • Office on your PC includes Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, OneNote, Outlook and Publisher.
  • Office on your Mac includes Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word.
