Learn the skills you need to perform cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) in emergency situations.

If you want to build a solid foundation in the techniques and procedures to deliver life-saving CPR, Cedar Valley College can help you prepare. In training, you will learn:

  • how to properly position a person for chest compressions
  • how to administer the technique
  • how much pressure to apply
  • how long you should perform rescue measures

Paramedics, EMS professionals, firefighters and other medical technicians all need to know CPR to be adequately prepared for a day on the job.
