The Cedar Valley College (CVC) Identification Card is the official college identification throughout your entire enrollment. This card is mandatory and must be presented to secure campus services and privileges. First time cards and card validations are issued during registration period for all new and returning students. Students may obtain ID cards during registration or from Student Programs and Resources (SPAR) D101, after registration ends. Students must present their paid fee receipts and photo ID to obtain their student ID card. Duplicate fee receipts are available at no additional cost from the Business office. There will be a non-refundable replacement fee of ten dollars ($10) for a card that is lost, stolen, or for those who have had a name change, or would prefer another photo. All fees for identification cards should be paid at the Business Office cashier located in A112. The student identification card is nontransferable and becomes invalid if the student withdraws from college before the end of the semester. The use of the card may be restricted or suspended for any student that does not abide by the Student Code of Conduct. The card is the property of Cedar Valley College and will be shown or surrendered as requested by a college official.
