Prerequisite Courses
Applicants are ranked for admission according to the grade point average (GPA) achieved on four program prerequisite courses. Applicants whose GPA are highest on the following four prerequisite courses are admitted for the number of spaces available:

* MATH elective must be selected from TECM 1303 Technical Mathematics or any three-credit hour course contained in the DCCCD Approved List for Mathematics.
** SPCH elective must be selected from Introduction to Speech Communication (SPCH 1311), Fundamentals of Public Speaking (SPCH 1315), Interpersonal Communication (SPCH 1318) or Business and Professional Communication (SPCH 1321).
