Customer Service Representative Certificate
This 42 credit hour program is designed to prepare you for marketing career opportunities in all areas of customer service. Cooperative Work Experience is the capstone course for this certificate.

Sales Marketing Associate Certificate
This 21 credit hour certificate program prepares you for entry-level employment in sales and marketing. Emphasis is on the foundations of marketing and effective communication. All courses in the certificate are TSI waived and apply toward the Business Marketing AAS Degree.
