The Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex is one of the largest points of distribution and logistics in the United States. According to the 2002-2008 InterLink Industries and Occupations list for North Central Texas, the average hourly salary for professionals within this industry was $20 per hour.
Cedar Valley's Logistics Management and Technology program offers a portal into this exciting and fast-paced world with specialized courses in warehouse, traffic, transportation management, storage and distribution, and inventory control.
Developed by industry professionals, Cedar Valley's logistics curriculum can be completed in as little as three semesters (37 hours) for a certificate or five semesters (68 hours) for an Associate of Applied Sciences Degree (AAS). Students will graduate with the skills required to seek immediate entry-level employment, meet labor market demands and permit greater economic competitiveness.
