Although timeless, WEST SIDE STORY, a musical based on Shakespeare's Romeo and Juliet, celebrates its fiftieth anniversary this year. With an unforgettable score, the show contains some of the most ambitious and challenging music in the musical theatre repertoire. Set in the 50's in New York City, the epic tale of love amid the clash of gang rivalries and the tragic consequences remains relevant today.
