How to Register
There are five ways to register for CVC's continuing education courses:
In Person: Building A, room A105
Monday-Thursday, 8:00 a.m.-7:00 p.m.
Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
Saturday, Closed

For billing purposes, you will need a Visa, MasterCard or Discover credit card, as well as your social security number.

Fax in a completed continuing education registration form (one registration form per student -- photocopies accepted). You will be notified only if your enrollment cannot be processed.

Tuition must be paid before the first day of class. Cedar Valley College accepts tuition payments by check, cash, credit card and debit card. We do not accept temporary, post dated or out-of-state checks. If a tuition refund is needed, students should consult the refund schedule.
Refund Schedule
- A 100% refund will be given prior to the day of the first class meeting (by the close of business on the last business day preceding the first scheduled meeting day).
- An 80% refund will be given if the class is dropped prior to the close of business on the day of the second scheduled class meeting.
- A refund will not be available after the second class meeting.
Refunds require approximately 30 days to process, and must be requested through application to the Continuing Education Office. Refunds will only be processed in the name of the student officially enrolled in the course, regardless of who paid the tuition. Another individual may not take the place of an enrolled student.
