Daniel Hodan

Daniel Hodan A teacher of his craft and dedicated to his art, Dan Hodan was born in Pennsylvania but made his way down south and has entertained audiences throughout Texas and the Southwest for more than 30 years.

He is a graduate of Southern Methodist University, where he studied with Robert Guthrie and attended master classes with many top classical guitarists, including José Thomas, Elliot Fisk and Pepe Romero.

Mr. Hodan also studied and taught classical guitar at the University of Texas at Dallas, where he worked with Enric Madriguera and Robert Rodriguez. Mr. Hodan serves on the faculty at DCCCD's Mountain View and Cedar Valley colleges, where he has taught for more than 25 years, and also performs regularly at regional venues.
