We offer a variety of classes each semester. Please see the course schedule for further details. The following information might be helpful in determining what type of class will work best for each individual student.
Online, Self Paced, and Fast Track classes all have MANDATORY MEETINGS during the first week of class. Please refer to the course schedule for specific dates and times. ALL STUDENTS ARE REQUIRED TO ATTEND THE MANDATORY MEETING.
Traditional classes – These classes meet 2 times each week ( fall / spring) and 4 times each week ( summer). The best class for students looking for group activities with an instructor present during all workouts.
1 day a week classes – These classes meet one day a week. The students are required to do 1 other workout each week on their own. The workouts are done at CVC Fitness center anytime during open hours.
Self Paced classes – These classes require a mandatory meeting at the beginning and end of the semester. Students are required to work out 2 times each week during the semester. All workouts are done at CVC Fitness Center anytime during open hours.
Fast Track classes – These classes are also self paced. Each class lasts 5-6 weeks. Students are required to workout 4 times each week. All workouts are done at CVC Fitness Center anytime during open hours.
Online Classes – Our online classes require students to attend a mandatory meeting during the first week of the semester. Students are required to workout 3 times each week. Workouts can be done on or off campus.
