Beginning of the Semester
Start Information and Required Documentation
Instructors will receive room assignments from their respective departments.
Instructors should have their syllabus ready to hand to students at first class meeting.
Attendance is required during the first 10 days of the semester (yellow temporary roster should be used).
Yellow Temporary Rosters will be used for approximately two weeks - they are distributed to instructor's mail boxes, which are located in the Adjunct Faculty Office (A108).
Instructors use eConnect to input official certifications of class attendance on or before the 12th day of class.
Certification is critical to Cedar Valley to receive state funding.
Certification is critical to students who receive financial aid.
