Adjunct Faculty Online Handbook
Beginning of the Semester
Permanent Rolls
The permanent class rolls are printed on blue paper and are the grade book forms that you maintain for the remainder of the semester. This roll reflects every student who has officially registered for class prior to the state certification date (12th class day). It excludes students who have officially withdrawn from class. If a student's name does not appear on this roll, send him/her to the Advisement Center (L Building L152) immediately.
Do not add a name to your roll until the student brings a paid "Registration Summary".
Permanent Rolls are the permanent and official records used for auditing purposes. They are included with the grade reports at the end of the semester and will contain each student's final grade. The permanent roll must be signed by the instructor.
