Learning Exchange Networks (LENS)

• This is a faculty development project of the League for Innovation in the Community College.
• Designed to pass on the art of teaching from more experienced instructors to new instructors.
• Workshops provide opportunities to meet and interact with other adjunct faculty and a venue for sharing experiences, expertise and challenges concerning teaching.
• Provides an opportunity to interact with the collective wisdom on teaching that is contained in the written material.
• Some of those workshops are with stipend (paid attendance).
