Adjunct Faculty Online Handbook


End of Semester

FINAL GRADE ROLLS MUST BE RECEIVED BY THE ADMISSIONS OFFICE NO LATER THAN THE ASSIGEND DUE DATE
Check out at the Adjunct Office (A108)

PLEASE DO NOT BEND, FOLD, OR STAPLE FINAL GRADE ROLLS.

FINAL GRADE ROLLS
Using BLACK/BLUE INK, write the Final Grade in the 3rd column.

  • Do not use (+) or (-) on letter grades
  • Do not assign "W" grades.
  • Do not use white out. If you make an error; cross it out, make correction, and initial your change.
  • Using a #2 PENCIL, bubble in a grade on "Grade Mark Column." (The scanner will only recognize the bubbled grade.) Bubble in "W" grades.
  • Using BLACK/BLUE INK sign roll to validate grades on lower right hand corner.

ATTACH:

  • Incomplete Grade or WX Grade Contract, if applicable. ALL appropriate signatures are required on the contract form prior to the recording of final grades. MUST have student's signature or instructor takes responsibility of signing contract for student.
  • Attendance Sheets and Temporary Rolls
  • Copy of Final Exam
  • Syllabus (THIS ITEM SHOULD ALREADY BE ON FILE IN THE DIVISION OFFICE. IF NOT, YOU MUST PROVIDE ONE BEFORE OFFICIALLY CHECKING OUT.)

OTHER ITEMS:

  • TEXTBOOKS - All adjunct instructors, please return all textbooks.
  • KEYS - All adjunct instructors must return key, if not returning the following semester.
  • DIRECT DEPOSIT, your check will be handled in the same manner.
