The Texas Business Opportunity and Development (TBOD) Center provides Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE) with Support Services that expand the growth of DBE firms. The Program (TBOD) targets certified DBE's in the Highway Construction Industry who have had little or no Federally-aided contracts in the previous two federal fiscal years. TBOD will provide business development, technical assistance, and networking opportunities designed to complement and enhance the business skills of DBEs, thereby giving them a competitive edge when proposing and/or participating on TxDOT projects.
