Sue Pope Grant

Cedar Valley College is proud to announce its receipt of a $150K grant from the Sue Pope Foundation, a project of Downwinders at Risk. This grant supports the implementation of Sustainable Studies at Cedar Valley College, with an emphasis in Sustainable Development. This program will work with the Cedar Valley College Green Team, and will be devoted to creating curriculum, events, and resources for the community in this particular subject matter. Cedar Valley College will be looking to utilize its existing partners in the green building front, as well as encouraging new partnerships with groups such as the Congress for the New Urbanism to help develop this program.
